Role Overview :

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead Agile teams and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile practices, team management, and a background in capital markets or financial services (preferred).

Key Requirements :

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and Scrum framework.
• Ability to manage and deliver projects with a team of 20 members (Agile POD).
• 6 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in capital markets or financial services is a plus.
