Learning Management System Administrator

Must: end-to-end implementation and support experience on SF LMS module.

• 2-6 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors – LMS
• Certified in SuccessFactors LMS and compensation management module
• Hands‑on experience in SF implementation of LMS and compensation management module
• Create and configure Excel documents to successfully import into LMS
• Upload and test courses to iContent and other content management systems
• Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution design for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution in compliance with Best Practices
• Hands‑on all the data models and knowledge of XML
• System configuration in accordance with solution design & configuration workbook / business blueprint
• Preparation & execution of test cases / test plans / test scripts
• Knowledge of MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules and workflows
• Should have basic experience in SAP HCM – PA/OM module
