Northern Primrose is looking for 1 person to start begininng of February, 2026  who can think ahead, take feedback without shutting down, and grow through it.

We work with fast-moving clients, so we need people who stay steady, stay curious, and don’t crumble when things get messy.

What You’ll Do : Client Support Manage email, calendars, scheduling, and inbox cleanups Support meetings : notes, action items, follow-ups Update tasks and projects in platforms like ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com Create documents : SOPs, templates, processes Light CRM updates, bookkeeping and basic social support (LinkedIn, IG, FB) Learn each client’s world quickly and adapt to their style Light bookkeeping Communicate with client teams professionally and clearly Internal Support Assist NP leadership with admin, scheduling, and documentation Keep internal tasks updated in ClickUp Help improve internal processes and workflows Participate in training and ongoing development Tools You’ll work inside Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, ClickUp, Asana, CRMs, Zapier, and other modern platforms.
