Responsibilities :

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while focusing on providing insurance solutions tailored to the needs of our clients, including commercial and personal lines.
  • Proactively engage in outbound calls to expand our client base and generate leads for commercial and personal insurance.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the agency.
  • Advocate for clients, ensuring they choose the best insurance solutions to protect themselves and their families.
  • Strive to maintain a comprehensive understanding of our insurance products and industry regulations to provide the highest level of service.

Requirements :

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively handle multiple tasks and prioritize work.
  • Passion for helping people and ensuring that insurance solutions are based on the individual's needs.
  • Willingness to obtain both a General Insurance License and a Life Insurance License.
  • Proactive attitude with a passion for sales and business growth.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Commitment to setting and achieving challenging sales goals on a regular basis.

    • Compensation :

  • Starting base salary and commission will be based on prior experience and performance.

    • Base Annual Salary Range to Start (Depending on Experience) : $37000 to $45000

    Average Annual Commission and Bonuses : $7000 to $25000
