Production Supervisor
Are you passionate about overseeing CNC production activities and driving excellence in manufacturing? One of our leading client is seeking a dedicated CNC Supervisor to join their team.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily CNC production activities, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to schedules.
- Coordinate maintenance and housekeeping in the CNC production area to uphold cleanliness and efficiency.
- Lead orientation, training, and performance evaluations for new and existing team members.
- Enforce safety standards and proactively address any unsafe working practices.
- Manage timekeeping reports and monitor departmental productivity targets.
- Oversee production schedules, equipment setups, and quality inspections to meet customer requirements.
- Identify and resolve non-conformances promptly, halting production when necessary to maintain quality.
- Collaborate with managers to address and resolve quality and safety concerns effectively.
Requirements :
- Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes and equipment.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process optimization.
