Position Overview: As the Director of Preconstruction, you will lead all preconstruction activities, including estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and client engagement. This role requires a forward-thinking professional who can manage a team, develop strategies, and ensure accurate,petitive proposals that align with client expectations andpany goals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the preconstruction team, providing leadership, mentorship, and performance guidance
• Develop and implement preconstruction strategies, processes, and best practices
• Review and approve budgets, estimates, and schedules formercial projects
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams during design and planning phases
• Ensure accurate cost forecasting and risk analysis to support project success
• Drive continuous improvement in estimating tools, systems, and workflows
• Represent thepany in preconstruction meetings and presentations

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8+ years of experience inmercial construction, with at least 3+ years in preconstrution focused role
• Strong background in estimating and preconstruction formercial projects
• Excellent leadership,munication, and client relationship skills
• Proficiency in estimating software and advanced knowledge of construction processes
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
