Our Construction Phase Services group is looking for a Contract Administrator to work as part of a contract administration team on MTO Highway / Road / Bridge construction projects in Northeastern Ontario including but not limited to Orillia, Sudbury, North Bay or Parry Sound

Your Responsibilities will include :

• Responsible for Contract Administration of civil provincial and municipal infrastructure projects
• Liaise with the Project Managers, designers, field inspectors, contractors and clients on a daily basis.
• Work with the Construction Administration Project Management staff in the overall management of staff and departmental initiatives.
• Work with Project Management staff to develop project policies and procedures related to quality, safety, the environment, and professional ethics.
• Supervise and direct field staff
• Conduct Constructability Reviews as required on Highway and Bridge projects.
• Liaise with Clients for future Construction work.

Skills, Competencies & Qualifications :

The salary range for this position is $88,540 -$134,540 . The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for GHD locations in its major city centres. Ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At GHD, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
