What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead multiple remote hospitality sites, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfactionDesign and implement scalable systems for performance improvement and alignment with standardsStandardize SOPs, reporting tools, and service models across sitesMonitor KPIs and coach site leaders to meet performance targetsManage regional budgets and P&L performance, ensuring financial stewardshipWhat is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum 5+ years of progressive management experience in hospitality or remote camp operationsPost-secondary education in business, hospitality, facilities / operations management, or a related fieldAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with hospitality or facility management softwareProven ability to analyze budgets, forecasts, and schedules to optimize service deliveryAdaptable and resourceful, with experience in remote northern environmentsHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
