Job descriptionExperience with vehicle maintenance is preferred (Turnaround checks) Proficiency with basic computer tasks (e.g., scheduling, maintenance reports) Ability to adapt to fluctuating seasonal workloads Strong attention to detail in in vehicle inspections and documentation Valid Class 5 drivers license with a clean driving record. Comfortable working outdoors. Valid Alberta Class 5 Drivers license and submission of a 5-year Drivers Abstract Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing / walking for extended periods Competitive wages based on experience. Hands-on experience with a variety of fleet vehicles and equipment. A dynamic work environment supporting our seasonal operations.

About Us :
We are a seasonal reclamation and archaeological services company operating a fleet of pickup trucks, OHVs, and trailers in remote, off-highway environments. We are seeking a Fleet Coordinator to oversee vehicle departures and returns, coordinate with relevant departments, and assess routine maintenance needs for returned equipment.
Tasks :
- Coordinate departures and arrivals of vehicles
- Prepare and stage vehicles for upcoming deployments
- Receive returning vehicles and evaluate necessary maintenance
- Assist with organizing and parking work and personal vehicles in the yard
- Support crew departures and ensure efficient logistics
