Admin Broker – Broker Payroll Coordinator
Our client in the transportation industry is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to support their payroll and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with drivers, dispatch, and internal teams. Position Summary The Broker Payroll Coordinator is responsible for processing payments for Brokers, Drivers, and Owner Operators, ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely bi-weekly payouts. Key Responsibilities
- Process daily and bi-weekly payroll for Brokers / Drivers / Owner Operators.
- Use Driver Run Sheets to verify hours, stops, wait times, and deductions.
- Reconcile payroll records and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist drivers with payroll questions, often working with Dispatch.
- Prepare monthly reports and maintain documentation.
- Support compliance with federal transportation requirements and company contracts.
- Perform general administrative duties.
What You Bring
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Excellent communication skills; fluent in English.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Experience in transportation or payroll is an asset.Knowledge of TruckMate or AS / 400 is a strong advantage.Able to work independently and follow established processes.Job Details
