The preferred location for this role is our Vancouver office . Other WSP locations in British Columbia will be considered.

Your Impact

• Lead as Project Manager and / or Process-Mechanical Lead acting as Professional of Record and Qualified Professional for municipal wastewater treatment projects.
• Deliver planning, design, construction, and commissioning phases with precision, ensuring compliance with WSP’s Professional Practice Management Plan.
• Provide technical direction and foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to achieve project excellence.
• Mentor junior and intermediate staff, cultivating a culture of learning and innovation.
• Drive client engagement and strategic business development, contributing to proposals and building lasting relationships.
• Champion sustainability and creativity in wastewater treatment solutions, leveraging WSP’s global expertise.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality assurance processes to ensure successful project delivery.

BC, AB, SK, NWT & NT : $122,900 – $162,800

MB & ON : $112,100 – $154,400

Atlantic Provinces & QC : $111,000 – $147,400
