Job descriptionRetail service establishment Rural area Remote location Retail business Wholesale establishment / store Willing to relocate Assign sales workers to duties Hire and train or arrange for training of staff Order merchandise Authorize return of merchandise Establish work schedules Sell merchandise Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages Organize and maintain inventory Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers Manage cash Store items in warehouse, tool room or supply area Maintain inventory of stored material Maintain inventory of supplies Perform same duties as workers supervised Maintain sales records for inventory control 11-15 people Cashiers Grocery clerks and shelf stockers Retail salespersons and sales clerks Basic security clearance Criminal record check Own transportation Public transportation is not available Fast-paced environment Work under pressure Tight deadlines Handling heavy loads Attention to detail Combination of sitting, standing, walking Walking Standing for extended periods Accurate Client focus Efficient interpersonal skills Excellent oral communication Flexibility Organized Reliability Team player Group insurance benefits Other benefits
