The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement—Integrated Maintenance (Regina, South Region) is seeking an individual to join its service team and provide facility maintenance duties within its government facilities in Regina, Southern, and Northern Saskatchewan.

As a service-oriented team member, you will perform facility maintenance duties, including operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and cleaning building mechanical HVAC systems. You will perform preventive maintenance and minor equipment repairs. You will ensure facilities and equipment are safe and meet operating standards for (HVAC, Life safety equipment, and Direct Digital Controls (DDC / Pneumatic). In addition, you will respond to client concerns and enquiries with the aid of your supervisor.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), automated building management systems and direct digital controls (DDC). This position requires knowledge of methods, materials, tools, and safe practices of mechanical and electrical systems. You will have the ability to inspect, troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
