Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in digital integration
• Proficiency in Application Programming Interface (API) and MuleSoft
• Experience in gathering requirements and creating Business Requirements Document (BRD) and Functional Requirements Document (FRD)
• Ability to create technical specifications and facilitate Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions
• Strong documentation skills and experience in creating system analysis documents

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in creating sequence diagrams or system architecture documentation
• Familiarity with system-to-system integration work documentation
• Experience in conducting release demos and transitioning to maintenance documentation

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Participate in product refinement and technical review processes
• Define application problems by engaging with business, third-party vendors, and support teams
• Provide production support for core business systems
