Procurement Manager

Our MUSH sector client is seeking a Procurement Manager for a permanent opportunity. In this role you will lead day-to-day procurement activities, develop procurement frameworks and ensure compliance with policies and regulations while fostering strategic partnerships.

The Procurement Manager’s duties will include :

• Developing and executing business unit plans, evaluating procurement processes, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with governance structures.
• Leading workforce planning, recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing team, and fostering a productive and positive office culture.
• Creating and managing the annual budget and overseeing financial decisions relevant to procurement operations.
• Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, consultants, and industry partners, while participating in committees and working groups.
• Leading RFx processes, contract negotiations, risk assessments, and developing specifications for procurement projects to ensure policies and trade agreements are met.
• Other duties as required
