Position : Event Marketing Manager (12+ Month Contract with Benefits and Potential to Extend)

Location : Surrey, BC (On-Site Position)

Salary : $65K-$75K

Our client, a leading organization in the retail real estate sector, is seeking an Event Marketing Manager to lead marketing, events, and community engagement initiatives. This is a 12+ month contract role with full company benefits and the opportunity to make a significant impact across multiple high-traffic retail properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans.
• Lead event planning and execution – a key focus of this role.
• Create and manage content for social media and websites.
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants, community partners, and stakeholders.
• Support national and local marketing initiatives.
• Manage promotional programs, reporting, and general marketing operations.
