As part of that growth plan were looking to add a Regional Controller who works closely with our Group Controller and VP of Finance to manage our ongoing expansion. If youre that ultra-cool brainiac numbers person with an accounting degree and CPA designation we want to meet you.

Managing focused functions including process implementation payroll review financial analysis and reporting might even get your heart pumping. What youll be doing :

• Oversee a wide range of accounting and administrative functions supporting and guiding the accounting and admin team
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with dealership staff across multiple locations
• Lead financial review meetings delivering expert insights on key financial metrics
• Support the budgeting process in partnership with General Managers and the Group Controller
• Review payroll and ensure accurate reconciliation of CRA accounts
• Prepare and review year-end documentation for external auditors
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer financial statement requirements
• Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial reporting providing actionable insights
• Sign off on dealership-issued cheques and ensure all taxes licensing insurance and regulatory payments are accurate and up to date
