Overview
You will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of financial and human resource functions within our organization. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional wo can effectively lead the initiatives to support our company's growth and success.
This is a full time position responsible for all financial and related activities for the company including, but not limited to;
- Month End and Year End Financial Statement preparation and back up analysis and working papers
- Daily banking activities and cash monitoring, monthly reconciliations
- All Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions and related functions
- Provide HR functions related to hiring and orientation of new employees
- Preparing bi-weekly payroll and administering related employee benefit
- Preparing and ensuring timely reporting and payment of Government remittances
Skills and Experience
- Excellent math, communication and computer skills
- English language, proficiency (read/write/speak)
- Minimum 2 year in a manufacturing environment
- ISO9001, IATF16949 experience, as well as ISO14001 experience an asset
- Motivate, punctual, mannerly
This position is based at our Brantford office location. This is not a remote position.
