Job description

Project Management :

  • Take ownership of the full project life cycle, ensuring successful delivery from initiation to deployment for one or more initiatives concurrently.
  • Lead project teams, fostering motivation and cohesion to achieve project objectives, while ensuring adherence to roles and milestones.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, mobilizing resources and employing escalation procedures as needed.
  • Oversee day-to-day project activities and resources, conducting project management team meetings.
  • Ensure all aspects of projects are aligned with and support the client’s objectives.
  • Guide client stakeholders through complex technology and business decisions.
  • Develop estimates and comprehensive project plans for all project phases.
  • Provide regular status updates on project milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues to leadership.
  • Manage project scope and handle changes effectively.
  • Contribute to feasibility studies, vendor selections, and proposals for stakeholder evaluation.
  • Report on project success criteria, metrics, and deployment management activities.
  • Contribute to the development of organizational practices, templates, and partnerships to enhance project management capabilities.
  • Define Statement of Work and service specifications.

Consultant :

  • Design and lead workshops.
  • Analyze existing systems to understand the business and technical environments they support.
  • Conduct impact analysis on changes to existing systems and processes.
  • Engage in both business and technology projects.
  • Participate in change management strategies and plans to facilitate solution adoption.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree, relevant certifications, or equivalent work experience in IT project management.
  • 8 - 10 years of experience encompassing IT project management and business analysis.
  • Direct involvement in IT infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in Agile Project Management methodologies.
  • Possession or pursuit of formal project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive attitude and commitment to delivering impactful results.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially MS Project and Excel.
  • Sound business judgment and practical reasoning.
  • Understanding of the interconnectedness between technology, operations, and business requirements.
