Senior Account Administrator - Remote
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Account Administrator to join their team! The ideal candidate must have relevant working experience to support, and prior experience in insurance industry will be an asset.
Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to :
- Prepares submissions for marketing purposes, negotiating terms and conditions with underwriters
- Prepares proposals for quotes and / or renewals
- Follows up on outstanding requests and information
- Handles routine customer, Account Manager, and Account Executive inquiries in a timely manner
- Manages daily administration of accounts
Requirements :
- High School Diploma with appropriate work experience to support
- Prior EPIC experience is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Team player with strong relationship management and time-management skills
