The Sales Support will be responsible for handling customers’ requirements from the initial order to the final delivery of their products, help customers with complaints and questions and provide information about products and services. Included will be various other functions within the sales department. This role will work in conjunction with all departments within our company.  The candidate will be part of a dynamic team that is results oriented.   • Enter customs invoices when duty is involved. Create, update and maintain customer profiles and records in the CRMSupport Sales team and act as a source of information Receive, log and assist QA Manager with customer complaints, following BRC policy standards, responsible for organizing product return / exchange and credit notes Support QA with customer documentation requests. Helping to build and maintain good, strong and professional relationships with our customersAssist with customer contract balances when neededProviding or generating customs documentation for customer shipmentsVerification of COAs.
  • Works in compliance with set processes to meet BRC requirements Professional QualificationsPost- Secondary School EducationThree to five years of experience in customer managementProficient computer skills are required to keep accurate records of data and customer profiles. Sage and / or Dynamix CRM software knowledge or experience would be a definite asset.Proficient in applications including Microsoft Office™ software, strong Excel and PowerPoint is a must. Personal skillsStrong attention to detailGood organization skillsMust be able to communicate effectively, written and orally, to customers and internal staff in English and in FrenchExcellent time management skills.
