Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Skilled Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a trade or labour-intensive environment and be able to perform a variety of physical tasks safely and efficiently. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently or as part of a crew, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Job responsibilites

• Perform skilled labour tasks such as operating tools, equipment, and machinery as required.

• Assist tradespeople and team members with daily operations.

• Load, unload, and move materials in a safe and organized manner.

• Follow company safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work area.

• Read and follow work instructions, plans, or diagrams as needed.

• Perform basic repairs, measurements, and material preparation.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors to report progress, issues, or safety concerns.

• Support additional job-site duties as assigned.

Job requirements

• Previous experience in skilled labour, construction, or a related field preferred.

• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.

• Strong physical stamina; able to lift 50+ lbs, stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks.

• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required or preferred—adjust as needed).

• Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
