Join L’Oréal Canada as a Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that L'Oreal products are on the shelves exactly when and where consumers crave them – all while mastering the art of efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Picture yourself crafting personalized alliances with both clients and our internal Supply Chain and Sales virtuosos. As the conductor of seamless order processing and delivery, you'll be at the forefront of the action, ensuring a symphony of success. Dive into the world of critical KPIs, sculpting store-level inventory performance, and overseeing logistics intricacies like in-stocks, fill rates, on-time deliveries, and forecast variances.

As the orchestrator of meetings and calls with clients, you'll be at the helm, steering discussions on future promotional schedules, inventory strategies, modular changes, ongoing challenges, and avant-garde category initiatives. Your communication prowess, both verbal and written, will not only influence decisions but also sculpt customer solutions that set a new standard.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Supply Chain Management, in Engineering, or a related field ;
• 2 to 5 years of supply chain experience ;
• Previous experience in CPFR role, an asset ;
• Customer Focused and Client-Facing experience ;
• Problem solving, influencing and negotiating skills ;
• Experience with Wal-Mart, Shoppers or Loblaws, an asset ;
• Bilingual (English AND French) ;
• Proficiency in Excel ;
• Knowledge of SAP and Retail link, a strong asset.
