Position Description

Reporting to the Director of Finance, this dynamic individual will lead financial analysis and sales reporting for the Milwaukee service business, ensuring timely and reliable reporting to support rapid growth and alignment across all organizational levels.

What You Will Do

• Creation of meaningful warranty and service reports
• Preparation and entry of monthly and yearly accruals
• Liaison between finance and service functions
• Invoice coding and capital coding
• Service hub reporting and analysis
• Reverse logistics reporting and analysis
• Monthly forecasting and analysis of SG&A
• Annual budgeting duties
• Ad hoc reporting as required

What You Will Bring

• Post‑secondary education in accounting or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in Accounting/Finance or related field
• Ongoing CPA certification pursuit
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Power BI)
• Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, and Adaptive Planning (asset)
• Minimal travel required
