About the Role :

As an Industrial Electrician, you’ll be responsible for assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining a variety of electrical equipment, components, and fixtures. You’ll play a key role in diagnosing issues, ensuring compliance with safety codes, and supporting the efficiency of our manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Diagnose and repair electrical issues in wiring, switches, motors, and equipment

Replace faulty systems and dismantle / repair defective mechanical or electrical parts

Install and mount motors, fixtures, and equipment according to specifications and diagrams

Test and inspect completed work to ensure compliance with safety codes

Provide accurate estimates of time and materials for tasks

Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics

Stay current with safety regulations and National Electric Codes

What You Bring :

442a or 309a Electrician License

2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong knowledge of electrical principles and manufacturing equipment needs

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Outlook, and maintenance tracking software

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Effective communication skills with leadership, staff, and clients

A proactive, self-motivated approach with sound judgment and problem-solving skills
