About the Role:

As an Industrial Electrician, you’ll be responsible for assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining a variety of electrical equipment, components, and fixtures. You’ll play a key role in diagnosing issues, ensuring compliance with safety codes, and supporting the efficiency of our manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair electrical issues in wiring, switches, motors, and equipment

• Replace faulty systems and dismantle/repair defective mechanical or electrical parts

• Install and mount motors, fixtures, and equipment according to specifications and diagrams

• Test and inspect completed work to ensure compliance with safety codes

• Provide accurate estimates of time and materials for tasks

• Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics

• Stay current with safety regulations and National Electric Codes

What You Bring:

• 442a or 309a Electrician License

• 2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

• Strong knowledge of electrical principles and manufacturing equipment needs

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Outlook, and maintenance tracking software

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Effective communication skills with leadership, staff, and clients

• A proactive, self-motivated approach with sound judgment and problem-solving skills
