About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Journeyman Welder to join our production team and help bring our high-quality products to life. If you're experienced in MIG and wire welding, can read blueprints with ease, and are passionate about craftsmanship and safety, we want to hear from you!

This role goes beyond the torch—you'll mentor others, troubleshoot problems on the floor, and take pride producing precise, strong, and clean welds that meet our industry-leading standards.

What You'll Do

• Weld and fabricate components using MIG and wire processes
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Operate welding and cutting tools (GMAW, hand plasma, oxyacetylene)
• Inspect your work and maintain high quality and safety standards
• Suggest improvements and support team performance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace
• Act as a role model for safety and production best practices
