YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Oversight : Support Project Managers with all aspects of project administration from order processing to completion, helping ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Job Cost Management : Prepare job costing sheets, monitor expenses, and assist in maintaining GP forecasts to ensure project profitability.
• Site Verification : Coordinate and conduct occasional site visits ( up to 10% travel to sites across Canada ) to confirm project readiness and support installations.
• Supplier & Vendor Coordination : Confirm materials, manage PO creation, track deliveries, and ensure supplier relationships are optimized.
• Project Tracking : Monitor critical tasks, milestones, and deliver weekly progress reports to management.
• Client & Internal Communication : Keep teams and clients updated, proactively resolve issues, and ensure smooth installations and deficiency closeouts.
• Safety & Compliance : Complete site safety paperwork and coordinate training as required while keeping up with relevant legislation and regulations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with the Spaces Sales, Procurement, Development and the Finance Team to streamline operations, add value and estimating tasks.
• Process Optimization & Improvement : Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and project efficiency.
