Responsibilities :
- Stakeholder Engagement : Liaise with business stakeholders to understand their objectives and design solutions that meet business requirements.
- Solution Design : Work with Systems Architects, Vendors, and other team members to conceptualize and design solutions that effectively deploy technology to meet client objectives.
- Technical and Business Expertise : Apply in-depth technical and business knowledge to develop technical solutions and represent interests of both communities.
- Documentation : Define and document system requirements and designs at appropriate levels.
- Leadership : Help guide and lead other Systems Analysts.
- Project Planning : Collaborate with Project Managers and Senior Architects to formulate project approaches, schedules, and delivery estimates.
Core Competencies and Experience :
Experience : At least 10+ years as a Systems Analyst, preferably with large programs.Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Technical Knowledge : Advanced understanding of architecture, application development, system design, and integration.Technology Recommendations : Ability to provide technology recommendations to business stakeholders.Leadership and Initiative : Demonstrated initiative and leadership, especially in cross-functional teams.Teamwork : Proficiency in working in team environments involving diverse technologies / platforms.Relationship Building : Strong ability to establish and maintain effective partnerships.Communication : Excellent oral, written, facilitation, and presentation skills.Adaptability : Positive attitude and willingness to embrace new challenges.Conflict Resolution : Ability to resolve and escalate conflicts and issues.Remote Work : Capable of working remotely with a geographically dispersed team.Highly Valued Competencies :
Industry Experience : Experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services, particularly in back-office functions and solutions.Technical Skills : Must Have :
Experience with System Integrations and Cloud (SaaS) implementations.Technical understanding of Azure Active Directory, Single Sign-On, MFA, and 2FA.Role-Based Security and authorization.Ability to create detailed diagrams, flowcharts, and models for business and technical processes.Nice to Have :
Experience with DocuSign, SIEM / SOC (e.g., Sentinel), and ServiceNow.Documentation Skills :
Strong analytical and documentation skills.Enterprise-level configuration for cloud applications.Ability to create non-functional requirements and detailed system specifications for integrations, authorization & authentication, role-based security, system audits, data mapping / migration, operational readiness, and maintenance transition.Additional Skills :
