THE TEAM

The mission of the Marketing Integration (Operations) Department is to ensure the seamless running of the day-to-day business and initiatives by reducing churn and increasing efficiency and productivity.

Aritzia is growing, and our Marketing Operations team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of the team responsible for driving effective performance of our rapidly growing Marketing business by upholding and continually improving the standards of operational excellence. As part of the Marketing Operations team, you will support with the successful execution of our Marketing campaigns, ensuring deliverables are executed in the right way at the right time, by driving forward our processes and deadlines. THE ROLE

As the Sr Analyst / Analyst, Marketing Operations, you will :

  • Support with ensuring the Marketing programs and processes are executed seamlessly
  • Support with integrating new infrastructure and processes in and out of Marketing
  • Facilitate and project manage our Marketing campaigns and deliverables
  • Support with providing business-driven, simple, and relevant information to the Marketing team and our cross-functional partners
  • Seamlessly drive the Marketing teams forward to ensure our seasonal deadlines are realized perfectly

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Sr Analyst / Analyst, Marketing Operations, has :

  • Proven skills, education, experience, and / or applicable certifications in Business Management, Marketing, Project Management or Operations
  • People management skills with the ability to collaborate seamlessly and effectively with Marketing partners and cross-functional partners
  • A commitment to learn, apply, and champion Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principles
  • A dedication to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
  • THE COMPENSATION

    The typical hiring range for this position is $50,000-$100,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
