Operations Coordinator

This person would have a basic understanding of the transportation industry. What will you do?

• tracking and tracing daily booked loads
• communicating with our CFO, Sales team and customers on a daily basis
• overseeing shipments/ orders from start to finish
• vetting carriers
• uploading and onboarding carrier data into our TMS systems
• coordinate pick ups and delivery appointments
• requesting POD’s upon completion of delivery
• finalizing carrier charges and communicating to accounting team
• manage and maintaining basic paperwork
• daily office duties as directed

Knowledge/Skills:

• 2+ Years in an Operations Role or Customer Service Role
• 1+ Year in Administrative or Project Management Role
• Background in Freight Brokering considered an asset
• Strong computer skills a must
• MS Office, Word, Excel Proficient
• Knowledge of Basic CRM Systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities

• Great ability to focus
