Job Summary :

We are seeking an organized and proactive Purchasing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing our procurement process, ensuring that all materials, products, and services are sourced efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and specifications.
  • Research and establish relationships with vendors to secure the best quality and pricing.
  • Prepare purchase orders, review requisitions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
  • Resolve any issues related to orders, deliveries, or quality concerns.
  • Analyze purchasing trends and provide cost-saving recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and supplier agreements.
  • Maintain and update vendor databases regularly.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a Purchasing Coordinator, Procurement Specialist, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain procedures and vendor management.
  • Proficiency in purchasing software and tools (e.g., ERP systems).
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred).
