POSITION SUMMARY
The Site Administrator presents a positive and professional image of Strike to all clients, suppliers, associates, callers and office visitors.
Administrators maintain an appropriate level of confidentiality in all interactions. PROJECT DETAILS
- Position will be in the Moose Jaw / Regina are in Saskatchewan
- 14 days on / 7 days off rotation
- $175 / day LOA
- Local candidates preferred
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- General Administration / Communication : Represent Strike in person, on the phone and through electronic communications.
- Payroll : Create detailed on-site time tickets to be approved and signed by supervisor & client.
- Document Control : Control and distribute incoming and outgoing documentation on continual basis throughout project.
- Controls : Track and maintain progress tracking tools and curves; Establish and maintain Trend / Change order log; Verify budget revisions, trends, and change orders prior to Project Management sign off;
Project reporting (tracking of baseline versus actual vs. forecast) for Management / Client review
Purchasing : Issue purchase orders, track incoming invoices and ensure alignment with job / project costs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years administrative / Project Controls experience an asset.
- Experience with document control
- Experience within the oilfield and or construction industry is considered an asset.
- Microsoft Excel experience
