Roska DBO Inc. is seeking a  Millwright Coordinator  to join our team in Grande Prairie. This role is perfect for a  Journeyman Millwright  who’s ready to expand their work into commissioning, troubleshooting, and multi-discipline coordination.

We welcome millwrights who have solid knowledge of electrical systems and are eager to apply their mechanical expertise in a  strategic, project-to-operations role . You’ll work with operations, electrical, and project teams to ensure facilities and equipment are ready for safe, reliable, and optimized performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning and start-up of mechanical systems and rotating equipment (e.g., compressors, pumps)
• Troubleshoot facility equipment and support operational optimization
• Coordinate refurbishment and readiness of surplus mechanical equipment
• Collaborate with electrical and operations teams to ensure facility readiness
• Mentor team members and contribute to maintenance and operational procedure development
• Work with stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations
