• "Production Engineer"
• for our Trabzon Plant, one of our key hazelnut facilities. This role, reporting directly to the Plant Manager, is primarily responsible for ensuring the quality of our production programs through proper processes. • Main Responsibilities :
• Enhance profitability and productivity by optimizing production costs, processes, and procedures
• Manage necessary production process actions, adapting to changing priorities in the production plan, and handle material actions / modules in the ERP system as required
• Monitor and improve KPI values, proposing enhancements in related competencies
• Participate in budget improvement projects within processes
• Prepare and develop work instructions for commissioning, operation, and control of production units.
• Conduct actual production, analyze line performance, and monitor the use of production factors in collaboration with the Shift Responsible, with their support in gathering and analyzing data##
• Who we are looking for :
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Effective teamwork and communication skills
• Proficiency in SAP
• Fluency in both Turkish and English
• Residency in Trabzon##
