Teaching Assistant

We are currently seeking a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work across primary schools in Peterborough and the surrounding areas. This role is ideal for someone passionate about making a difference in the classroom, whether through whole-class support, small group intervention, or 1 : 1 SEND support.

This is a flexible supply role offering daily placements, with the opportunity to move into longer-term roles for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Support teaching and learning within the classroom across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Provide small group and 1 : 1 support, including SEND support where required
• Assist with classroom organisation and preparation of learning resources
• Support pupils’ engagement, progress, and wellbeing
• Follow school policies on behaviour management and safeguarding
• Work collaboratively with class teachers and wider school staff
