This rolerequires strong collaboration problemsolving skills andadaptability in a fastpaced environment offering valuable insightsinto financial operations within the insurancesector.

Whatis in it foryou :

Hourly salary of $30.00 to $32.96 based onexperience.

12month contract withthe potential for permanentemployment.

Fulltime position : 37.50 hours per week optionalovertime.

Work schedule from 9 : 00am to 5 : 00 pm.

Responsibilities :

Process requests received through Salesforce and othercommunication channels collaborating with internal partnersadvisors and backoffice teams to ensure daily service levels areconsistently met.

Perform qualitycontrol on transactions troubleshoot issues and escalate complexcases as necessary.

Participatein special projects and assignments adapting to diverse tasks asrequired.

Whatyou will need tosucceed :

Bachelor s degree required.

2years experience in the financial servicesindustry.

Completion of anyrequired training or courses.

Superior attention to detail andaccuracy.

Proficiency inMicrosoft Office applications.

Experience with Dataphile or Salesforce(asset).

Successful completion ofIFIC Operations Course (asset).

Effective organizational prioritization and time managementskills.

Excellent interpersonaland communication skills with all levels ofstaff.

Ability to work in afastpaced teamenvironment.
