Millwright - Straight day and afternoon shifts

Harbinger Network has partnered with a growing food manufacturing facility in Brantford looking for a Millwright on a straight afternoon shift! This is a newly created role due to company growth.
This role will have you working autonomously and give you the flexibility to be proactive when it comes to repairs. You will be working on continuous baking lines with conveyors, ovens, packaging equipment, pneumatics and more.

In this role you will be:
- performing preventative maintenance
- fabricating replacement parts
- assisting with line change overs
- helping with planning new equipment investments
- assisting with building maintenance
- focusing on continuous improvement initiatives

- straight shift of 3pm - 11pm Monday to Friday or 7 am - 3pm Monday to Friday
- $40 - $42/hr to start + shift premium

What do you bring to the table?
- 5+ years as a licensed 433A Millwright with a certificate of apprenticeship is preferred
- proactive mindset
- can be unlicensed, but must have 10+ years of experience
- must have 3+ years of recent experience in a GMP/HACCP environment
- strong troubleshooting abilities
- ability to work with minimal supervision
