POSITION OVERVIEW /

Reporting to the Director, Strategy and Design, the Marketing Lead, plays a crucial role in executing sales enablement material, marketing collateral, pitch decks, short content, trade shows and events. This individual will work with go-to-market and sales leadership, assisting in the development of strategies to heighten awareness for 1VALET and its products. The Marketing Lead serves as a key role to support the growth of 1VALET, bridging the gap between product development and sales to drive product success in the market. Their work is critical for driving brand awareness and revenue growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES /

  • Individual contributor marketing lead
  • Develop event planning and booth management
  • Develop materials for product positioning, messaging, and differentiation in the market
  • Oversee social media and search campaigns lifecycle, (SEM awareness)
  • Works closely with product management, sales, and go-to-market function
  • Align marketing overall business objectives
  • Create marketing and sales materials to support internal teams and promote products externally
  • Measure and report on the performance of performance of marketing initiatives, including trade shows, client appreciation events and digital marketing
  • Contribute to creating content like case studies, product videos, and website copy
  • Prepare analyses and recommendations for stakeholders
  • Create tools and resources to support the sales process, such as pitch decks and other artifacts
  • Liaise with third-party marketing agencies

QUALIFICATION /

  • 5+ years in marketing or related roles
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
  • Familiarity with the Proptech or SaaS would be considered an asset
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns
  • Must be able to travel up to 50% to meet with customers and go to trade shows
  • SKILLS

  • Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product development, sales, and other teams.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and metrics.
  • Comfortability wearing multiple hats and balancing conflicting priorities
  • Adaptable to change and thrives in a fast-faced, start-up environment
