Experience & Qualifications
3+ years in People & Culture, HR, leadership, education, coaching, or related fields
Strong understanding of culture-building, communication, and performance development
Strategic thinker with a growth mindset
Commitment to personal development and leadership excellence
Experience or interest in mentoring, coaching, or digital engagement is welcomed
Key Responsibilities
Participate in live weekly leadership and training sessions via Zoom
Learn and apply proven marketing and communication strategies (training provided)
Conduct professional interviews and on-boarding conversations
Facilitate Q&A sessions and partner support
Guide individuals through personal development frameworks
Apply People & Culture principles to empower a global community
