Job details

Location 300 King George Rd suite Unit G2 Brantford, ON N3R 5L8
Salary $17.60 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week. Minimum wage is guaranteed.
Terms of employment : Permanent employment, Full time.

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Barbershop or hairstyling salon / studio

Responsibilities

Book appointments

Cut and trim hair according to client's instructions or preferences

Shampoo customers’ hair

Shave and trim beards and mustaches

Provide other hair treatment, such as waving, straightening and tinting and also provide scalp conditioning massages

Apply bleach, tints, dyes or rinses to colour, frost or streak hair

Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm and style hair

Suggest hair style compatible with client's physical features and preferences

Hair styling techniques

Blow drying

Iron waving / curling

Permanents

Hair colouring techniques

Bleach

Dyes / tints

Frosting

Streaking / highlights

Commission

Gratuities
