We’re looking for a Branch Manager in the Agriculture industry.
Responsible for achieving the location's business plan objectives and fulfilling the expectations of all stakeholders (customers and employees) in the specific location. Optimizes the profitable growth of the business, the personal growth of employees, and the satisfaction of customers
Agriculture Branch Manager responsibilities :
- Oversees the sales staff in their assigned territories on a day-to-day basis.
- Maintains current product knowledge on equipment saleable by the dealership, emphasizing
- Develops, implements, and manages marketing and action plans to increase overall market share.
- Ensures appropriate sales and sales support activities, targets, and budgets are met.
- Collaborates with the General Manager on pricing strategies and key customer acquisitions.
- Monitors sales monthly to achieve budgeted sales and profit goals.
- Executes the business plan and achieves financial performance.
- Supports the store’s efforts to achieve financial performance.
- Oversees maintenance, security, and facility appearance.
- Provides input into store decisions for donations, sponsorships, and advertising.
- Manages staffing and employee development activities.
- Provides input to hiring, development, coaching, evaluation, and effectiveness of the management team.
- Builds and maintains constructive co-worker relations and effective team dynamics.
- Manages ongoing relationships with key personnel.
The successful candidate has :
Post-secondary education in business, marketing or other related fieldCombination of education and experience may be considered5 years management experienceIn-depth knowledge of the ag industry combined with a proven understanding of requirements for successful branch operations; demonstrated experience in leading others and successfully coaching within an organizationCompensation and benefits :
The discussed salary range is $110,000 – $125,000 per annum depending on experienceCandidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be consideredComprehensive benefits package
