What will your typical day look like?
As an Application Development Manager with SAP / FICO SME in Deloitte Technology, your typical day might look like the following :
Supporting the Deloitte Core Financials ApplicationsWorking with team members, and Product Owners to analyze, recommend, plan, design, develop, and implement solutions to meet strategic, usability, performance, reliability, control, and security requirements.Leading and coordinating the efforts of Subject Matter Experts, Development, Quality Assurance, Usability, Training, Transport Management, and other internal resources for the successful implementation of system enhancements and fixesPerforming SAP complex FI / CO configuration as required within Global implications.Understanding user requirements and create functional specifications with the required details.Perform Integration and Acceptance Testing.Communicating effectively with clients and project team to ensure the requirements are met and recommend better solutions wherever applicable during the course of the project.Advancing the goals and objectives of ITS by providing cost-efficient, high quality, client-focused solutions, according to established policies, procedures, and processes of the department and FirmSupporting the Financial Management reporting requirements of Deloitte as requiredEnsuring the business needs are clearly understood and SAP implementation meets the needs and expectations of the Finance business groups such as the Financial Services Group.Taking responsibility for product quality, project timeliness, and customer satisfaction.Developing and reviewing project deliverables for completeness of thought and consistency of approach. Ensure standards, procedures, and methodologies in the delivery life cycle are followed.Communicating the development and production status and issues to management and stakeholders.Analyzing the business and functional requirements which have an impact on business applications. Coordinating with architecture and development teams to ensure that all solutions are aligned to pre-defined architecture / design.Coordinating with BSAs and Quality Engineering teams to ensure proper testing is performed.About the team

As an Application Development Manager with SAP / FI CO SME, you bring :
Minimum eight (8) years of experience in SAP FICOAround two (2) or more full life cycle implementation experience from blueprint to go live.Experience with SAP business process and implementation with Enterprise ERP solutionsStrong knowledge in G / L, AP / AR & Asset accountingExpertise in S4 / HANA and ECC 6.0 FI (GL, AP, AR, FA) and CO (PCA, Cost Centers, IO), Product Costing and MM / Purchasing.Excellent understanding in Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting & Internal Orders.Some experience with Parallel Ledger accounting, Forex Revaluation, Month-end / Year-end Close processes,Proven ability to define user requirements and corresponding system specifications, accurate time estimates and creation of clear and concise documentation.ERP functional or technical interface experience (IDoc, RFC, BAPI, etc.).Experience in Agile, Scrum software development methodologies.Experience with data conversion and knowledge of access control of user accounts.Understanding and debugging ABAP code.Our promise to our people : Deloitte is where potential comes to life.
