Customer Service : Provide timely, friendly, and professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Lead Generation : Identify and qualify new leads by engaging with potential customers and introducing them to our offerings. Product Knowledge : Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate benefits and solutions to customers. Order Processing : Assist with processing orders, tracking shipments, and following up on delivery status. Record Keeping : Update and maintain accurate customer records and sales data using our CRM system. Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus). Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers. Self-starter with a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong attention to detail. Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment. Basic computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Office, CRM systems). Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities.
