We are seeking a talented Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team and help onboard new clients to our regul8 platform as well as upgrade existing clients. Our aim is to continuously enhance our products to enable seamless and frictionless onboarding / upgrading for our clients. The ideal candidate will not only be accountable for the project management and client communications, they will also be configuring the product per the client’s needs. This position reports to the VP of Product Enablement, who is responsible for both product and delivery at Hubio.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the implementation and deployment of the regul8 product for new and existing clients, ensuring the successful delivery of solutions that meet requirements and expectations.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs, workflows, and communication challenges, and develop tailored solutions to address them.
- Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions for clients to showcase the capabilities of the regul8 product and ensure effective user adoption.
- Configure the product to meet client’s regulatory needs and ensure the platform is operating as expected
- Understand, document and configure data mapping requirements and reconciliation controls
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and assets to streamline delivery experience for our clients
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and technical support, to drive client success and satisfaction.
- Gather client feedback and insights to inform product roadmap and enhancements, and advocate for client needs within the organization.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the insurance industry to continuously improve service delivery and client outcomes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and best practices
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, and proactively identify and address any project risks or issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, computer science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.A minimum of three (3) years of P&C insurance industry experience, with preference given to candidates having a combination of business and technical roles.Proven experience of three (3) years in consulting, project management, or customer-facing roles, with a track record of successfully delivering software solutions to enterprise clients.Strong understanding of communication management principles, client engagement strategies, and digital transformation initiatives.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with stakeholders / clients at all levels of the organization.Experience working with insurance companies or in the insurance industry is preferred.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results and driving client success.Willingness to travel as needed to client sites for onsite engagements and meetings.Passion for innovation, technology, and driving positive change in the insurance industry.Working Environment
