In this role you will support the analytics and insights delivery that drives our key north-star metrics : Ad yield, Known Audience Reach, Marketing ROAS —across 6+ distinct brands.
You’ll :
- Own and evolve our analytics engineering strategy, architecture and roadmap.
- Build and maintain scalable, well-documented ELT models powering business-critical reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deeply understand data needs across AdOps, Sales, Product, and Marketing. And translate data into strategic actions.
- Drive adoption of self-serve and AI-enabled analytics by enabling stakeholders with clean, well-structured data models & insights deep-dives.
- Directly impact the growth of our programmatic revenue, Registered users and Paid members / subscribers. Ensuring we’re enabling product velocity, supporting business goals, and leveraging our first party data effectively across the organization.

3–5 years’ experience in Analytics, Retail-media Ops, Marketing Ops, Ad Ops or similar role.Comfortable with ETL tools such as Dataform, Airflow, dBT, dagster. A strong grasp of SQL and dimensional modeling.Strong analytical communicator. Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.A curious, action oriented mindset and a desire to take full ownership of the data layer.
