Sure enough, with every new task and challenge I’ve faced, I was always encouraged to take the time to pick up new skills, push myself beyond my comfort zone, and be the driver of my own career.

I started this role with virtually no professional marketing experience, and I will always be grateful that I was able to explore as many facets of marketing in the span of only a year than I would have at any other company.

• Deliver exceptional and professional communication, whether in-person or via email, to engage prospective leads, clients, and students with the best service;
• Create marketing strategies and communications schedules to engage prospective clients and increase volume in our lead pipelines;
• Manage and improve the company’s online presence, including website maintenance, optimizing landing pages, and managing the LinkedIn profile;
• Lead student recruitment initiatives, coordinating the firm’s participation in both in-person and virtual career fairs / recruitment events, and continue to nurture strong partnerships with post-secondary institutions and student associations;

Undertake various projects and administrative tasks as required.Provide creative direction for marketing materials, including print and digital, trade show materials, etc.

Qualifications and Experience : A degree or diploma in Marketing or Business or a solid combination of junior-level experience and industry knowledgeExperience in developing and implementing lead generation strategies, including the Google Ads platform;
