We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and motivated Pharmacy Manager to join our team. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will play a critical role in leading the pharmacy team, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of pharmacy services, and contributing to the continued success and growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and quality standards.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to meet the needs of the pharmacy while minimizing waste and maximizing cost-efficiency.
  • Dispense prescriptions accurately and counsel patients on proper medication use, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide optimal care and patient outcomes.
  • Provide leadership in the training and development of pharmacy staff, fostering a positive and team-oriented atmosphere.
  • Ensure the pharmacy operates within the designated hours of 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM, Monday to Friday, and Saturdays (9 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 / 4 : 00 PM).
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and address patient concerns or questions in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Participate in strategic decision-making, including managing profit-sharing and growth opportunities.

Qualifications :

  • Valid Pharmacist license in Ontario (must be in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a pharmacy setting.
  • Proficient with Kroll Pharmacy Software, including prescription processing and medication management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.
  • Ability to work within a dynamic team and manage daily operations efficiently.
  • Compensation and Benefits :

  • Starting pay of $70 / hour , with the opportunity for increases based on experience and performance.

  • Working Hours :

  • Monday to Friday : 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM
