In This Role, Your Responsibilities
- Owning end‑to‑end execution of Hiive Fund campaigns – launching and managing email, retargeting, and social ad campaigns to aggregate investor interest for multi‑million dollar opportunities, coordinating ~20–25 fund launches per month.
- Coordinating cross‑functionally to gather requirements and secure approvals: work closely with Sales & Trading, Compliance, and Growth & Lifecycle teams for campaign support.
- Managing affiliate distribution channel – push fund opportunities to affiliate partners, track performance, and optimize for qualified investor leads.
- Executing flawless campaigns under tight deadlines by deploying across Customer.io, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads with zero errors.
- Driving continuous improvement through experimentation – propose A/B tests, analyze performance in Salesforce, Omni, and PostHog, and iterate on messaging, targeting, and creative.
- Reporting on key performance indicators – track fund fill rates, campaign performance, and investor acquisition metrics, and communicate insights to Marketing, Sales, and executive teams.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or campaign creation, preferably in B2B.
- Proven ability to execute multi‑channel campaigns (email, paid social, display) with high attention to detail.
- Experience with A/B testing and using data to optimize campaign performance.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment where speed and accuracy both matter.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with private capital markets, venture capital, or the startup ecosystem.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated industries.
- Hands‑on experience with Customer.io, Salesforce, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong copywriting skills for investor‑facing communications.
