Our client is one of my fast-growingpanies in the legal industry. With operations in three key Canadian cities, they are the experts in various aspects of business law, primarily concentrating on transactions in themercial, real estate, and finance sectors.

Your new role The chosen candidate will be responsible for the following :

• Examine and analyze invoicing transactions to guarantee theirpleteness, precision, and uniformity.
• Discover and implement developments to the invoicing and reviewing processes.
• Provide assistance to the Sales accounting team in examining month-end results and produce financial reports as required.
• Carry out activities related to the end of the month
• Formulate, monitor, and provide reports on key performance indicators to ensure the billing is ready for deadlines.
• Offer support to the agents handling invoicing.
• Verify that the invoicing is balanced considering the following factors : shipments, warehouses, mills.
• Engage in the audit requests during the Quarterly / Year-End period.
• Take part in any IT testing if necessary.

What you'll need to succeed
