Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) Directeur(trice) R&D prêt(e) à relever ce défi stimulant.

Relevant de la vice-présidence des opérations, tu seras responsable de :

  • Proposer et mettre en place des orientations stratégiques en recherche et développement;
  • Identifier les meilleures opportunités d’innovation et d’optimisation produits;
  • Planifier, coordonner et suivre l’ensemble des projets de R&D;
  • Gérer les budgets, les échéanciers et les normes de qualité avec rigueur;
  • Collaborer quotidiennement avec les équipes internes (production, ventes, qualité, finance, etc.) et partenaires externes (clients, fournisseurs, institutions);
  • Contribuer à l’optimisation de la durée de vie des produits en partenariat avec la production et le contrôle qualité;
  • Suivre les tendances du marché et les innovations de l’industrie;
  • Gérer les aspects liés à la propriété intellectuelle et documenter les projets pour les demandes de RS&DE;
  • Effectuer, au besoin, des tests à l’usine pour valider les développements;
  • Veiller à la conformité des produits selon les normes réglementaires et les exigences clients.

Profil recherché :

  • Diplôme en sciences et technologie des aliments ou formation équivalente;
  • Expérience significative en gestion de projets en recherche et développement;
  • Atout : expérience comme chef cuisinier ou dans le domaine culinaire;
  • Leadership affirmé et excellente capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément;
  • Forte aptitude à travailler en équipe et en collaboration interdisciplinaire;
  • Autonomie, curiosité, souci du détail et esprit innovant;
  • Très bonne connaissance des tendances dans le domaine de la viande et des profils de saveurs;
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais afin de bien desservir la clientèle anglophone.

Ce que ce poste a à offrir :

  • Salaire selon expérience : entre 80 000 $ et 125 000 $;
  • Poste permanent à temps plein – horaire de jour du lundi au vendredi;
